MediGuard is an anti-microbial interior paint that has been optimised for hygiene performance. It contains colloidal silver and is particularly suited for coating general wall areas in medical, food preparation and ablution facilities where hygiene is a priority.
MediGuard is extremely hard wearing, has excellent burnish resistance, good coverage and easy application. It is also virtually odourless for faster reoccupation of critical amenities.

| Surface preparation | General preparation of the surface to be painted should be completed before commencing application. All loose material must be removed and surface damage or imperfections made good. The surface must be clean, dry and free of contaminants. Areas with a build up of grime must be cleaned with sugar soap or quality equivalent. Previously painted enamel and polyurethane must be sanded to remove gloss. Unpainted surfaces must have a coat of primer, sealer or undercoat applied. |

Wear protective clothing such as overalls, goggles and gloves and ventilate working areas. Wash any paint deposits off skin. If sanding wear face mask to avoid inhaling dust particles. |
| Precautions | MediGuard is formulated from an exterior grade pure acrylic. It will withstand exterior weather conditions but has been optimised for interior application. Therefore it is not recommended for exterior use. |
